Real Estate Opportunities

As Retirement Lifeguards, we partner with a proprietary network of vetted, experienced sponsors who have proven track records of acquiring, renovating, managing, and successfully exiting institutional-quality multifamily assets.
Our goal is to provide investors with access to diversified, recession-resistant opportunities across the multifamily sector—investments that deliver stable income, tax advantages, and long-term appreciation.

After years of research into this market, I am proud to say that I have partnered with an investment group that specializes in commercial, multifamily investments, as well as Self Storage and other cash-flowing ventures. These are stable, income generating asset classes that I am making available to you.
There are TWO TYPES of investors, and on my website, I explain this in full detail. (see link below)
Which one are you???  It’s easy to find out.  See below.

What I’ve come to admire most about multifamily investing is that we’re able to transform communities and drive economic growth in a community, all while delivering strong, long-term value to our investors. (That’s you & I). Whether it’s monthly cash flow or long-term appreciation, we focus on quality multifamily properties in emerging markets, by leveraging off-market deals through our established networks that minimize risk and maximize your returns. In other words, we find the deals and make them beneficial for the seller, the buyer, and the investor! And the community in which they’re located!

As a fellow investor, one of the biggest benefits of investing in multifamily real estate is the creation of a reliable monthly cash flow from rental income. While single family homes have only one tenant or group of tenants, multifamily properties have multiple tenants paying rent, which dramatically enhances stability.
So Gregg, WHY REAL ESTATE ?
When it comes to long-term investments, real estate takes the top spot, beating out favorites like gold, stocks, savings accounts, bonds, and mutual funds. It seems no matter where you are in the world, there’s something special about owning a piece of property—it just feels right when you can see it and touch it.
Over the years, I’ve dabbled with wholesaling, rental properties, and fix & flips. Result? A LOT of work, lots of risk and minimal returns. But with Multifamily, there is less volatility, the ability to “value-add” to increase revenues, good returns (both short & long-term), appreciation, diversification, tax reduction, legacy planning & the safety of the “insured” asset, backing up the investment.

I host informational webinars for you and anyone else you might feel would enjoy the diversification into real estate. The timing is ideal because there are tons of distressed assets coming to market & interest rates are the lowest they’ve been in 3 years, which makes for a perfect storm/opportunity for us to take advantage of this market.
My investment team is highly experienced with a proven track record of over 1200 currently owned units, spanning office buildings, hospitality, multifamily & student housing, valued at $200 million, in multiple states.
